Guiding Growth Through Compassionate,
Evidence-Based Care
ABA Therapy and Consulting Services
Our Services
ABA Therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based treatment for individuals with autism and other developmental delays. ABA improves communication, social skills, and daily living skills. It uses individualized treatment to teach meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that may interfere with learning, social interactions and daily functioning. Our services are home and community-based, providing support in the settings where individuals live, learn, and play.
Consulting Services
ABA consulting services provide expert guidance to families, schools, and organizations using evidence-based behavior strategies. Consultants assess needs, develop personalized plans, and offer training and ongoing support to improve skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Parent Trainings
Parent training is a structured, collaborative process where a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) teaches caregivers to use Applied Behavior Analysis strategies at home. It reduces challenging behaviors, improves communication, increases parental confidence, and improves daily routines. The ultimate objective is to ensure families possess the autonomy to implement ABA strategies independently.
About our company
Beehive Behavioral Services LLC was founded in 2026 by a BCBA and RBT team with a shared vision: to provide Litchfield County with a more personal, community-focused approach to ABA therapy. We believe that treatment is most effective when it is rooted in family values, clinical integrity, and a deep respect for the unique path of every learner.
We specialize in Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Functional Communication Training (FCT). Our "hive" works tirelessly to ensure that the progress made in our sessions translates into real-world success, helping our clients thrive at the dinner table, on the playground, and in the classroom.

We currently provide in-home ABA services as well as community-based services. Therapy in your home allows your child to learn and practice skills in a familiar environment. Community sessions, such as trips to the grocery store, help children apply skills like communication, social interactions, and daily living tasks in real-life situations. These settings support meaningful progress and generalization of skills across environments.

Parents and caregivers play an important role in their child’s progress. You can support your child at home by following the strategies recommended by your BCBA, practicing skills during daily routines, maintaining consistent expectations, and reinforcing positive behaviors. We also provide parent training and ongoing guidance to ensure families feel confident supporting their child’s development and success outside of therapy sessions.

Progress varies for each child depending on their unique needs, goals, and the frequency of therapy. Some skills may show improvement quickly, while others take more time and consistent practice. Your BCBA will regularly track your child’s progress, adjust the treatment plan as needed, and share updates so you can see measurable growth over time.
